Job Summary:

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes or residential facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with individuals
- Implement behavior management strategies as directed by supervisors
- Support individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or direct care roles is preferred
- Special needs experience is preferred
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of first aid procedures

- Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 24 ‐ 40 per week
- Benefits: 401(k) matching, Flexible schedule, Health insurance and Health savings account
- Schedule: 2 hour shift, Evening shift, Holidays, Night shift, Overnight shift, and Weekends as needed
- Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
- Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
